1. Method:The anterior flap extraperitoneal cystoplasty was performed in 9 patients with organic and functional small bladder. Some criteria about the operative efficacy were analysed.

2. The observation group were given ileal cystoplasty via extra peritoneal channel, while the control group were given the traditional urinary diversion.
