1 Rasterize the Layer and open the Layer Style palette.

2 Now rasterize text layer, select small letters with Polygonal Lasso Tool and lift them a little.

3 Rasterize the type layer, then paint a few additional gray dots around the type.

4 Make a rectangle Rectangle Tool ( any color ) and Rasterize it.

5 Duplicate the original text layer, clear its style, make the color black and rasterize it.
