- 治道之要有三,曰立志、责任、求贤
- 治道只要有先王一点心,至于制度文为,不必一一复古。有好古者,将一切典章文物都要反太古之初,而先王精意全不理会,譬之刻木肖人,形貌绝似,无一些精神贯彻,依然是死底。故为政不能因民随时,以寓潜移默化之机,辄纷纷更变,惊世骇俗,绍先复古,此天下之拙夫愚子也。意念虽佳,一无可取。
