- 世间万物皆有所欲,其欲亦是天理人情。天下万世公共之心,每怜万物有多少不得其欲处。有余者,盈溢于所欲之外而死；不足者,奔走于所欲之内而死。二者均,俱生之道也。常思天地生许多人物,自足以养之,然而不得其欲者,正缘不均之故耳。此无天地不是处,宇宙内自有任其责者。是以圣王治天下不说均就说平,其均平之术只是絜矩,絜矩之方只是个同好恶。
