Scorsese, Martin Martin ScorseseScor·se·se, Martin /skɔːˈseɪzi $ skɔːr-/ (1942–) a US film director whose films often deal with violent subjects. He has made many of his films with the actor Robert de Niro, including Taxi Driver (1976), Raging Bull (1980), and Goodfellas (1990).
