Rajneesh, Bagwan Bagwan RajneeshRaj·neesh, Bag·wan /rɑːdʒˈniːʃ, ˈbɑːɡwɑːn/ (1931–90) an Indian religious leader whose ideas came from several different Eastern religions, and who became very popular in the west in the 1970s and 1980s.
