McKeith, Gillian Gillian McKeithMcKeith, Gil·li·an /məˈkiːθ, ˈdʒɪliən/ (1959-) a British nutritionist, television presenter, and writer. She presented the Channel 4 television programme You Are What You Eat in which people are helped to lose weight and follow a more healthy way of life. Her books about nutrition have been very successful and she also sells healthy food products.
